When your order is ready for shipment from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email letting you know when it should arrive at its destination. We strive to ship all orders within 4-5 business days of receiving them; however, unexpected circumstances may delay the delivery of your package by a day or two..

Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines for a hassle-free return or exchange:

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

All customers are advised to create a video of themselves unpacking their shipments, which can be used as proof in case of damage product, received wrong products or product damaged during transport.

Returns must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed). When returning your products, please make sure they are packed properly so they do not get damaged during transit. Please send back the products in their original packaging and include all tags and labels. Please ensure that the products are in unused condition and not worn out.

In case the customer receives defective/wrong products, the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the products.

Pre-Ordered Products

Prepaid Orders: If you’ve placed a prepaid order, you will receive a refund within 7 working days of receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). The refund amount will be reflected in the payment mode that you used to pay for your order

If you’ve used a Coupon to place an order and that order can be canceled, the value of your coupon will be returned in the form of another Coupon code.

COD Orders: You will receive a coupon code for the value of your order within 48 hours after we verify that your order has been properly filled and quality checked.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an order you have placed with us.

If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot accept a cancellation request. However, if it is found to be wrong or damaged at delivery, you can raise a return request within 07 days of delivery.
