Refund would be acknowledged as it were inside 7 days of  date on which the return request is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all components and in original condition. Mistakes during return may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Items which are purchased with free shipping can not be returned for a refund. The buyer would have to pay for the return shipping to FFdock services.

Buyer will have to bear handling charges of Rs 150 and insurance of each item is required by FFdock services.

A refund is initiated once the returned item has been received by us and approved by our quality team. The refund is then processed, with a standard flat fee deducted, per this policy. We aim to have your refund processed as quickly as possible, within 1 to 2 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return of unused items in the original packaging and condition that they were sold in within 7 days to receive a full refund (minus shipping fees). Although if your product was damaged or defective when it arrived you may receive some partial compensation to optimize your satisfaction. If your package never arrives don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department and they will be able to assist you in locating your order or make arrangements for a speedy replacement

Refunds will be processed only through online transaction gateways.

Customizes T-shirt are not eligible for Return and Exchange. Please make sure you select the right size and style before placing an order. NOTE: Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange
